Skill-Building for Major Asks
Taylor Made Fundraising approaches training from a partnership perspective, with interactive sessions meant to establish true skills on the part of your staff. By working in teams, with participant exercises, the anxiety of asking for gifts (large or small amounts) is minimized; successful ask scenarios are showcased; and participants become familiar with and more adept at comfortably asking for major gifts. We also remind gift officers that “they” are not asking but rather that they are the representatives of your organization asking for the sustainability and expansion of your programs.

We make sure that your strategy and the portfolios carried by your gift officers realistically align with your goals. By reviewing each donor journey with transparency, we guide you to re-align gift expectations to your goals in a "refresh" that motivates gift officers and provides new prospects that are likely to be major donors.
